Q.Advice on how to start selling used cars in Houston Texas.? I am new to this area and i have been thinking of starting a used car business.Even before i came here i had the idea in mine,i just don't know the process i know i need a license but where do i get it. And where are the used car dealer auctions held in this area i really need some one who is in the business and who share this information with me. Any advice would be appreciated.
A.Business License comes from the city where your lot will be. You may be able to lease the lot, but, check the zoning! The city and other government agencies may have used cars to sell at incredibly good prices. See the links.
